The Solution includes several methods for the implementation of transfer costs, financial margin determination and costs imputation, including Activity Based Costing (ABC).

When determining the profitability at Contract level, it is possible to determine the profitability of several business dimensions – Product, Customer, Branch, Distribution Channel, etc. Due to the major detail of the data used, the analysis can also be made by day, week, month or crossing multiple dimensions – for instance, the profitability of a Customer in a specific period of time.
Putting the Solution pieces together
The main data is taken from the operational systems to the corporate Data Warehouse or to a Data Mart. Methods and tools of Data Extraction, Cleaning, Standardizing and Loading are used, and the data is stored in a high performance relational database, according to a Financial Data Model.
